AUTHENTICATION/LEGALIZATION OF DOCUMENTS 

REQUIREMENTS

Complete Consular Request form online and submit your documents to the Embassy with the following; 

1) Documents from Ghana: 

• Original and photocopy of documents; 

• Cover letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Accra; 
• Photocopy of your photo Id (E.G. Passport, Resident Permit); 
• proof of payment of fee (€30). 

2)   Documents from Vatican, Croatia and Greece: 

• Original and photocopy of documents; 
• Authentication or cover letter from Foreign Office of the issuing country (Vatican, Croatia Or Greece); 
• Photocopy of your Photo Id (E.G. Passport, Resident Permit); 
• Proof of payment of fee (€30). 

EMERGENCY TRAVEL CERTIFICATE (E.T.C.) 

REQUIREMENTS

• Complete application form; 
• An application letter with details of your circumstance; 
• 2 passport-size photographs; 
• Original and copies of passport or birth certificate; 
• Proof of payment of fee (€30).
